ANA HUNNA Female Mentoring Project in Jordan

The “ANA HUNNA Female Mentoring” project enables female students in their last or second to last year at the university to reap benefits ranging from access to professional networks, developing their potential, strengthening their self-confidence, enhancing their motivation to take up their career, and setting female role models as examples of successful reconciliation between their private and professional lives. How so? An experienced female professional, the so called “Mentor” is a match with a female graduating student; the “Mentee”. Matching criteria include the area of expertise and the profession of the mentor, which is usually the field that the mentee is aiming to join. Mentoring is a training method that was adopted in business and industry, enabling young entrepreneurs and graduates to benefit from the experience, interpersonal skills and professional network of experienced and committed entrepreneurs and professionals.
